What is your return policy?

We allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase. The suit has to be unworn/unwashed, have all sanitary liners in place, and tags still attached. We will not accept your return if there is any wear/tear or damage to the suit, unless it arrived that way. We hand package and inspect every order for quality before shipping. If you'd like to make a return or exchange please email us at support@rheyaswim.com or use the chat feature and we will email you a return label. 

Do you ship internationally?


We do ship internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout by carrier, service, and destination. We do not cover customs charges. 

Can you help me with sizing?

Yes! We know online shopping for swimwear can be a journey and we're here to make it as easy as possible. You can use our online chat bubble to speak to one of our fit finders. You can also use the sizing tool near the description of a product, or email us at support@rheyaswim.com.

How can I track my order?

There is something about parenthood that gives us a sense of history and a deeply rooted desire to send on into the next generation the great things we have discovered about life. And part of that is the desire to instill in our children the love of science, of learning.

Where are your suits made?

All of our suits are hand-sewn in downtown Los Angeles, CA, in fair and eco-conscious conditions. All of our suits are hand packed and inspected for quality before being shipped out. 

The suit I want is out of stock?

It happens! We are working on restocks, and if you love a suit, we'll be more likely to replenish the stock. Shoot us a message at support@rheyaswim.com and let us know what you want to see come back.

Are there any discounts?

We rarely have sales and have removed the 10% off for email sign ups, so that we can instead donate it back into the community. During checkout you can decide which charity you would like 10% of your purchase to be donated to.
